We offer discs in several variants: 999 silver, ready-made bullion coins (e.g. the American Eagle), and base-metal discs in a low-cost version. You'll find the material for each coin in the product specification.

No — this is a commemorative/collectible coin. It is not legal tender.

The design is applied using high-resolution UV printing — a technique that reproduces the full colour and detail of a photograph. This is not engraving or embossing. On bullion coins (e.g. the American Eagle), we print onto the existing relief — the coin's original design stays visible beneath the colour.

Sharp, well-lit, high-resolution photos work best. The design tool will warn you if a file is too small — and we check it again ourselves before printing.

We'll contact you before production starts. We don't print anything while a design raises any doubt.

The image you upload must be your own, or you must hold the rights to use it. We don't print designs that infringe someone else's copyright, trademarks, or likeness without their consent — see our terms for details.

Personalised coins: 1–2 business days after your design is approved. Coins from ready-made collections: 1–2 business days, depending on stock availability. Delivery time depends further on the chosen carrier and destination country.

Yes, every shipment is insured for the full value of the order.

Yes — we ship to Poland and countries within the European Union.

Yes. Under our Returns Policy we accept returns of all products — including personalised Line B coins — within 14 days of receiving your order, no reason required. That's exactly why we check every design so carefully before printing and show you a full preview before you place your order. If your coin arrives damaged or doesn't match the approved design, our complaints process covers you regardless of the return right.

Yes — you have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, in line with consumer law.
